Named for British explorer, hunter and author Sir Samuel W. Baker.
DESCRIPTION General color is browner than in the other races. The forehead is blackish in males, reddish brown in females.
DISTRIBUTION Southern and eastern Sudan; the Gambella region of extreme western Ethiopia; northeastern Congo (K) and northern Uganda.
